Flexible Payment Collection Flow

Hub Bill Payments allows billers to receive payments from multiple banks via a single account (at the Hub Provider). For example, if a consumer pays via mobile app from J Trust bank, Phillip bank, or Amret, the payment is still settled to the biller's single account at Acleda bank (the Hub Provider). This simplifies the process, as billers don’t need accounts with each bank.

Alternatively, if required, billers can opt for Direct Bill Payment, where payments are settled directly into their own bank account. Billers have the flexibility to choose between Hub or Direct Bill Payments, or even use both.
