This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of software integration, troubleshooting, and customer support. The candidate will be responsible for setting up client solutions, testing APIs, keeping documentation up to date, and providing high-quality technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
● Client Solution Configuration: Configure and integrate our software solutions with clients to ensure smooth implementation and optimal functionality.
● Client Integration Support: Understand the full scope of company products/services and assist clients in integrating smoothly with them.
● Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients and resolving software-related issues.
● API Testing: Conduct API testing using tools like Postman to validate integration functionality and ensure system reliability.
● Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive procedural documentation for internal teams and client reference.
● Database & Programming Fundamentals: Apply a basic understanding of database concepts and programming principles to support integrations
