We’re hiring multiple Technical Sales Advisors

We are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor with deep knowledge of GoodVibe POS ecosystems to bridge the gap between complex POS technology and customer business needs. You will not only sell software solutions but also act as a trusted technical advisor to retailers, restaurants, and hospitality businesses.
- Performing sales actions to achieve monthly sales targets as set
- Excellent presentation and closing leads.
- Gathering market and competitor information and reporting
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, integration requirements, and pain points.
- Translate customer needs into a tailored POS architecture.
- Advise on network requirements, security compliance, hardware specifications, and deployment models.
- Handle technical objections and competitive differentiators during the sales cycle.
- Connect hardware (terminal, printer, cash drawer, display)
- 2+ years of technical sales or pre-sales engineering experience, specifically with POS systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and knowledge of software systems.
- Experience selling in retail, restaurant, or hospitality verticals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field – or equivalent experience.
- Good communication skills in Khmer & English languages
- Willing to travel to the province
