We’re hiring a Sales Manager (x1)

 

- Location: Phnom Penh

- Position Type: Full-Time

- Salary: Negotiated based on knowledge and experiences + Sales Commission

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and spearhead revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

- Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

- Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall company goals. Team Management:

- Train and mentor a high-performing sales team.

- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

 

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing effective solutions.

 

Sales Operations:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

- Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within target industries such as financial services, e-commerce, logistics, Internet Service Providers, Utilities, Security Services, and more

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. (A master’s degree is considered a plus).

- Minimum of 5+ years of professional sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position

- Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage and inspire a team.

- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.

- A data-driven approach to problem-solving with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
