Bill24 is seeking a talented Product Manager to lead our product lifecycle and drive innovation in the payment gateway industry. This role focuses on developing strategic road maps and empowering clients through advanced technology solutions. You will coordinate across departments to ensure the success and growth of our product offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and market gaps.
- Oversee the development of new features specifically designed to increase market share and empower clients with innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging financial technologies (FinTech) to keep Bill24 at the forefront of the payment gateway industry
- Develop and manage the product roadmap to ensure every feature aligns with Bill24’s long-term business goals and mission.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from initial research and concept through development, successful launch, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, user adoption, and growth forecasts to senior management.
- Implement and optimize product processes to enhance efficiency and ensure high standards of security and reliability.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management to support the growth and dynamic needs of the company
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is considered a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or project leadership.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams with a culture of accountability.
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and the payment gateway industry.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, market trends, and prepare business forecasts
- Passionate about technology and driven by the desire to provide innovative solutions to clients.
