Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and needs analysis, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. 
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design.
• Present design work to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for user-centered design and a desire to create exceptional user experiences.
• Experience working in an agile development environment (preferred).
