About the Role

We are looking for a AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML models that improve product features, automate internal workflows, and support data-driven decisions. You will work closely with backend developers, and product teams to turn ideas into reliable, scalable machine learning solutions.

Job Description:

Model Development & Deployment

  • Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for classification, prediction, automation, and anomaly detection.
  • Deploy ML models into production environments using pipelines and APIs.
  • Monitor model performance and re-train when needed.

Data Work

  • Work with backend developers to prepare clean, reliable datasets for training.
  • Analyze data quality, detect issues, and propose improvements.
  • Implement feature engineering and data preprocessing pipelines.

AI Integration & Product Support

  • Integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define ML use cases and success metrics.
  • Support internal teams by providing insights and technical guidance on AI capabilities.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills

  • Experience with data processing tools.
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience deploying models using REST APIs, containers, or cloud services.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or RAG.
  • Knowledge of data engineering tools.
  • Experience in fintech, billing systems, or payment platforms.

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with unclear or evolving requirements.
  • Good communication skills; able to explain technical ideas clearly.
  • Team player with a focus on simplicity, reliability, and continuous improvement.
